We also produce B.I.W checking fixtures for both interior and exterior plastic injection moulded components as well as steel press trimmed components for large and small assemblies alike. Our design office is fully equipped with the latest CAD software, enabling us to create initial gauge concepts through to the detailed finalised CAD design for customer approval. Monolution also offers comprehensive in-house machining and assembly solutions to meet any gauge manufacturing needs that our customers might have.
Our inspection department is equipped with the latest absolute arm technologies offering high-accuracy touch probing alongside fast and accurate 3D laser scanning. Central to this, is a 2.5m x 0.8m CMM with indexable probes which provides highly accurate touch probing and tactile scanning data. This truly multifunctional measurement department that can meet a wider range of metrological challenges than ever before. Our inspection capacity can meet all customer requirements, from inspecting gauges and fixtures up to and including large automotive bumper fixtures, offering full GD&T checks complete with R&R studies.
