    With a strong background supplying the Automotive sector with checking gauges, Monolution has built a reputation to supply quality jigs and fixtures with gauge R&R reports to prestigious UK OEMs for both prototype and series production. Some of these projects have included the requirement for various levels of PPAP which Monolution has managed with a dedicated quality team. 

    In terms of components, Monolution has machined suspension and aerodynamic parts as well as polished composite moulds for various hypercar and sport series vehicles.

    Aerospace

    Our highly experienced design, manufacturing and quality team can support complex Aerospace projects with full material traceability and component CofC, as well as FAI documentation as required. Previous projects have ranged from machining Titanium and aerospace grade Aluminium alloys, as well as the design and manufacture of Steel and Aluminium laminating tools, alongside CNC and inspection fixtures.

    Advanced Medical

    Monolution is extremely proud to have been involved in the NHS Ventilator Challenge by machining thousands of components for those most in need during the COVID-19 pandemic. With a strong background in machining various metallics, Monolution is able to machine surgically safe materials such as medical grade Stainless Steels and even Titanium for prototype, batch and high-volume applications. 

    Motorsport

    Motorsport and Formula 1 are one of the core sectors serviced since Monolution’s inception in 2006 and is deeply ingrained in the companies DNA. From wind tunnel models to composite mould tools, including suspension and more recently powertrain components, Monolution operates 24/7 to supply Motorsport and Formula 1 parts correctly first time, every time.
